The purpose of this course is to provide participants with an overview of risks that can threaten the attainment of organizational objectives and the application of control frameworks to identify, assess, and manage risks. These risks include strategic risks and process risks.
The course also examines the types of responses to these risks. The course aims at enhancing participants' understanding of risk management, control and ethics that are crucial for organizations to meet their business objectives without compromising ethical and social responsibilities.
